United Family Care, Inc. was founded in 2009 by Alexander Bass and Torrey Moton. Shortly after the inception of this agency, these two individuals opened a sister agency United Rehabilitation Services, Inc. These two agencies provide services to residents of NC in the form of Family Care Homes, Adult Group Homes, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program, and Outpatient Therapy.

Alexander Bass

Mr. Bass has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication and fifteen years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental health illnesses and developmental disabilities. Mr. Bass is a licensed administrator for Assisted Living facilities and adult care homes. He has owned and managed residential facilities in the state of North Carolina since 2005.

Torrey Moton

Mr. Moton has a Bachelor’s of Science in Management and five years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental health illness and developmental disabilities. He has over ten years’ experience working in the field of business. Mr. Moton oversees the fiscal operations of the program.
